Can I inquire about a whole building?
Yes. Tell us whether the concern involves one unit, several units or shared areas. We’ll discuss the property and visit with you.
What do you need for the first inquiry?
Your name, organization, email, commercial property address and what you’ve observed. Leave tenant names, medical information, keys and access codes out of the public form.
What if a unit cannot be accessed?
The technician records the reason and any follow-up recommendation. Another visit is arranged separately; a completed appointment does not mean every unit was treated.
Can an individual tenant request service?
We work with authorized building owners, operators and property managers. Tenants should ask their property manager to coordinate service. Individual homeowner services are not offered.
